Free Paper (Oral presentation)
Presenter is required to give this presentation in the congress centre.
7 minutes have been allocated for each presenter, followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
Registration requirements:  All presenters are required to register and attend in person (virtual registration not available for this presentation type).

Competitive Video Presentation
Presenter is required to give their video presentation in the congress centre.
8 minutes have been allocated for each presenter, followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
The presenter is not required to submit their video again; the original video submission will be available at the designated time. 
Registration requirements:  All presenters are required to register and attend in person (virtual registration not available for this presentation type).

Rapid-Fire Poster Presentation
Presenter is required to give their Rapid-fire poster presentation in the congress centre.
3 minutes have been allocated for each presenter, followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
Their poster will also be available in the ePoster gallery.
Registration requirements:  All presenters are required to register and attend in person (virtual registration not available for this presentation type).

eVideo Presentation
Available throughout the congress open hours on dedicated screens. Please note that the presenter does not have a presentation time as the e-videos are available to view at any time in the eVideo gallery.
Registration requirements:  All eVideo presenters are required to register and may attend in person or may select the virtual registration fee option.

ePoster Presentation
Available throughout the congress open hours on dedicated screens. Please note that the presenter does not have a presentation time as the ePosters are available to view at any time in the ePoster gallery.
Registration requirements:  All ePoster presenters are required to register and may attend in person or may select the virtual registration fee option.

On-Demand Oral Presentation (Pre-recorded)
Presenters will pre-record and upload their presentation in advance of the congress.  Please note that the presenter does not have a presentation time as their pre-recorded presentation will be available throughout the congress open hours in the on-demand library. 
Registration requirements:  All “On-demand” pre-recorded presenters are required to register and may attend in person or may select the virtual registration fee option.

CONFIRMING YOUR ABSTRACT PRESENTATION
All corresponding authors are asked to confirm the presenting authors participation at the congress.  Please click on the web-link contained in your notification letter to log into your abstract account to accept or decline the abstract presentation. 

The deadline to confirm your abstract presentation and register is 31 January 2024.

IMPORTANT
Please note that it was a condition of submission that all presenting authors are required to register for the Congress at the appropriate rate.  Should the presenting author fail to register by 31 January 2024, then their abstract will be removed from the programme, book of abstracts and any congress publications.

There is also a saving of up to $200.00 by registering before 31 January 2024.
