ePosters are submitted through a web-based platform prior to the congress - see below link. 

All presenters are required to provide a declaration of “Conflict of Interest”.  Please ensure that your ePoster includes any disclosures.

ePosters can be viewed throughout the congress exhibition open hours at designated screens.  Please note you do not have a designated presentation time as the ePosters will be available to view at any time.

The deadline for uploading your ePoster is 14 May 2024, 23:59 GMT.

ePoster exhibitors do not need to man their posters during judging, but has to be registered and in attendance at the Convention.
